Lameen Souag

PhD Candidate

After finishing a BA in Mathematics at Cambridge University, Lameen spent two years working as Curator of the Rosetta Project, a San Francisco-based online language archive. He then came to SOAS to do an MA in Linguistics (2005-06); his thesis was on noun phrase movement in Algerian Arabic. He is now working on a PhD about the effects of contact on the morphosyntax of two languages of the Sahara, Korandje and Siwi.
